My personal opinion about host monster phone supports
Today i need some assistant from hostmonster support team, and i figure out, phone support will be the quickest and what I need now. Today i give it a try, from host monster homepage: www.hostmonster.com, at the bottom-left corner you will find the “live chat” features. Clicking on it bring up a small windows, to get this, make sure you not have popup blocker etc that will prevent pop windows. And you can choose to contact which hostmonster department, here is the list:

A quick test, i connect to the sales department. Filled in my name etc, i get into the one-to-one chat with sales department. Interestingly, i get a sales personal feedback in less than 10 seconds… that is fast. Quickly i throw my questions. And frankly speaking, they answer me quit well and in proper manner. A quality pre-sales service can say.
