The latest software should be using PHP version 5 and MySQL version 5 as available in Hostmonster. Most open source software has been updated and requiring these version 5 software to work. If you are running WordPress Blog version 3 plus for example, you will need the MySQL version 5 at least.

Else you can use the backup wizard that have backup and restore feature, that you can download backup copy or restore backup copy of files. Make sure you keep a copy of your web files and database files at your local computer.
