Hostmonster.com is hosting plan that come with 300gb storage space and allow you to host unlimited domains, or websites in another word. Other than that, with hostmonster, you are given unlimited pop/IMAP email accounts. Meaning you can create or add as many email account you like, and each with own email space and login password. Each email also come with autoresponder, spam assissin & boxtrapper. Will come more on these mail spam protection on later posting.
From cpanel, you can login to the webmail through these: cpanel > webmail > choose horde or squirrelmail webmail. I most prefer horde cause the user interface is much better. Below are the screenshot of the horde and squirrelmail respectively:

You also can directly go to your webmail by browsing to yourdomain.com/webmail , and enter email login information to complete the login and goes to your email account. By this, eliminate the need to go through cpanel login.

I am in the hospital and can’t access my hostmonster account. I will be in the hospital at least 2 more months.
I know my incoming and outgoing are host306.hostmonster.com for MS Outlook.
However I do not know my “serial port” numbers.
I know one of the numbers is in the “900″ range.
Can you please send me these numbers to paulmspear@yahoo.com as I can not make outbound calls to reach the administrator Joe Bailey. (joe@PROCURE1.COM)

by default you should use the email port setting.
Outgoing port 25
Incoming port 110
in case your ISP can blog port 25, then you should try port 26, or even port 587.
if these still can’t work for you, try contact hostmonster support team via hostmonster.com
