Hostmonster hosting is suitable for hosting forum website. In previous hostmonster reviews we had conducted short review and installation of smf forum at hostmonster cpanel hosting plan. For this coming hostmonster review, we will continue testing the hostmonster hosting for vbulletin forum script.
Vbulleting is the premier forum script available today, its not free, you can purchase annual license from vbulletin website. And once you have the license to host the forum and downloaded the vbulletin forum script, you are ready to rock and roll, and host your forum site with hostmonster web hosting plan.
Hostmonster hosting $4.95 per month is recommended for vbulleting website too. From our testing and demo test run, we manage to setup vbulletin script and make it running at hostmonster web hosting server. Note that vbulletin will require php and mysql in order to run. How good is the forum performance? We can see hostmonster server able to host the forum script without problem, the page loading is fast enough and smooth loading is observed over time. We are not worry much at this moment, unless you already having hundreds of online members at one time then you should consider a vps hosting or a dedicated server for that much of member capacity.

I am having problems with your server every other day since last one month. Either it is server or database if nothing else than no outgoing emails. Uptime seems to be just 60% now.

hi preet,
you can try to use serviceuptime.com monitoring service to detect server downtime, make sure its not local ISP problem, and once downtime detected immediately contact support via live chat to get the problem identify and fixed.
