		<description>HostMonster&#039;s support is horrendous. The shut their customer service support down on Halloween in observance of the &quot;holiday.&quot; Even banks don&#039;t close on Halloween. And you usually have to email back and forth with ticket support several times explaining to them IN DETAIL what they have to do in order to resolve the problem. I have no clue why they don&#039;t allow clients to create their own CNAMES because their reps obviously have no clue. The sad thing is, I know several people who have all used HostMonster and had the same problem. I will be switching my service as soon as the hosting plan expires!</description>
