Have to say, not all hosting provider allow this .htaccess thing. Other than this, the php.ini is quit important, although i haven’t use it. This php.ini configuration allow webmaster to set the file upload size, by default its set to 2MB per file upload. You can change it to bigger file size with just editing the php.ini. Thus, i have to say it again, hostmonster is a professional web hosting, with all the required features in place.
