Last week, there was a blog comment in this hostmosnter review, asking about the hostmonster php version information. And the poster want to find out about current php version running at hostmonster web hosting server.
From hostmonster hosting feature page, you will find out that hostmonster php is now using version 5, upgrade from the php 4. You are now using this php5 directly by default. For existing hostmonster customers, your server had been upgraded few months ago, and it should reflect the php 5 instead. From our hostmonster account, at cpanel left stat, you can see:
- Apache version 2.2.11 (Unix)
- PHP version 5.2.9
