A step further search at google.com, i found that hostmonster.com have their own user community or more like a discussion forums. Hostmonster forums was stablished at November 2006. Any issue, problem or complaints that not being solved can be found here. Indeed there is medorator and system administrator dedicated to this forum to assist those need helps.
Found out this forum is expecially useful to get help when you have scripting or coding problem. Why the script can not connect to hostmonster database etc! can come here and find for helps.
